WEEK THREE - PHASE TWO
THIRD WEEK OF PHASE TWO
Day 11
Yesterday (17/11/2025) due to some personal reasons, I was on leave.
Today (18/11/2025), I reached by 9 am. During the second period, I handled Class VII and conducted activities from the chapter portion. Today, a Food Fest was organized by the B.Ed. and M.Ed. juniors of our college. In the fourth period, I was scheduled to teach Class IX, but the class did not proceed as the teacher was conducting a test. I assisted in serving the mid-day meal and took a substitution class for Class IX C during the last period. The day provided experience in flexible classroom management and participation in school routines beyond teaching.
Day 12
Today (19/11/2025), I reached school by 9:00 am. In the first period, I started a new chapter for Class VII. During the fourth period, I completed the remaining portion of the Sanskrit chapter for Class IX. I assisted in serving the mid-day meal. In the afternoon, I helped manage various classes during a staff meeting. In the sixth period, I handled a substitution class for the combined 8C and 8E sections. The day provided experience in multitasking and managing diverse class groups.
Day 13
Many teachers were on leave today (20/11/2025), which resulted in several substitution classes. In the first period, I handled Class VIII B while the students wrote their Social Science test. During the second period, I taught Class VII, followed by another substitution in Class VIII B in the third period. In the fourth period, Class VIII C students went for PT in the school ground and I was assigned to watch them. In the fifth period, I taught Class IX Sanskrit and completed the activity portion of the chapter. Throughout the afternoon, I assisted in various other substitution duties and left school by 4:00 pm. The day helped me develop flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple classes and adjusting to unexpected changes in the schedule.
Day 14
Today (21/11/2025), during the second period, I handled a substitution class for 9B. In the afternoon, I assisted in serving the mid-day meal. Classes of 8th and 9th grades were occupied with a meeting regarding their excursion, so my Class IX session began only at 1:45 pm, during which I completed the remaining activity portion and explained the extra reading section. Later, I took substitution for Class 8D and left at 3:30 pm. The day reinforced classroom management and lesson completion even with altered schedules.
Week Three provided valuable experience in handling multiple classes, managing substitutions, and adapting to changing schedules. It helped me develop flexibility, classroom management skills, and confidence as a prospective teacher.
